    From Mañihuales, head north on the Carretera Austral (Route 7). After approximately 7 kilometers, turn left onto Camino Picaflor, a dirt road. Continue north for another 7 kilometers to reach Lodge Cerro Negro. The road is generally accessible in summer months, but 4x4 vehicles are recommended for safety and comfort. There are no tolls on this route. Parking is available at the lodge.

    From Coyhaique, take a bus to Villa Mañihuales. Buses depart twice daily and the journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Contact Transporte Mañihuales, Transporte Aida del Carmen Aranda Huichalao, or Servicios de Transportes Jota Eme for schedules. From Villa Mañihuales, taxis are available to reach the lodge, approximately 14km away. Expect to pay around $15,000 CLP for the taxi.
