A sleek white wing appears to float above the underground structure, housing a cellar with room for thousands of barrels. Above the cellar is a 'mirror of water' that cools the barrel room in an environmentally friendly way. The hotel, designed by Marcelo Daglio, offers panoramic views of the vineyards and the Andes Mountains.
