    If you are near the Universidad de Concepción, head north towards Avenida O'Higgins. Walk along Avenida O'Higgins until you reach the intersection with Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins. Turn left onto Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will see Plaza de la Independencia on your right, located at Libertador Gral. Bernardo O'Higgins N° 648.

    From the Estación de Biotrén (Biotrén Station), exit the station and walk towards Avenida San Martín. Turn right onto Avenida San Martín and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida O'Higgins. Turn left onto Avenida O'Higgins and walk straight for about 300 meters. Plaza de la Independencia will be on your left at Libertador Gral. Bernardo O'Higgins N° 648.
