Car
From Futaleufu town center, head south on Ruta 7 towards Puerto Montt. After approximately 5 kilometers, look for the signs directing you to Laguna Espejo. The road may become unpaved, so drive carefully. Continue for another 10 kilometers until you reach a small parking area near the lake. Parking is free, but be prepared for limited space during peak times.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are no direct public transport options to Laguna Espejo from Futaleufu. However, you can take a local bus or shared taxi toward Puerto Montt and ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to Laguna Espejo. This may involve some negotiation, and you should expect to pay around CLP 5,000 to CLP 10,000 depending on the distance. Once dropped off, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the lake.
