Walking
If you're starting from the Iquique city center, head southeast on Avenida Baquedano towards Plaza Prat. Continue straight on Avenida Baquedano until you reach Avenida Arturo Prat Chacón. Turn right onto Avenida Arturo Prat Chacón and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. Cavancha Beach will be on your left at Av. Arturo Prat Chacón 26.

From the Plaza Prat area, look for local buses heading towards Cavancha Beach. Take any bus that has 'Cavancha' or 'Playa Cavancha' marked on its front. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach Cavancha Beach. After disembarking, walk towards the beach area, which is easily accessible from the bus stop.
