Walking
If you are starting from the center of Iquique, head south on Avenida Baquedano towards Plaza Prat. Continue straight until you reach Avenida Costanera. Turn left onto Avenida Costanera and walk along the coast for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by the beach and several cafés. Keep an eye out for the signs that indicate Yacaré Park, which is located just off the main coastal road.

For those who prefer public transportation, you can take a local bus that goes towards the coastal area. Look for buses marked 'Costanera' or 'Playa' which will take you along Avenida Costanera. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Yacaré Park. Once you get off, walk a short distance towards the park entrance, which will be well-marked.

Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start from the main square (Plaza Prat) and head south on Avenida Baquedano. After about 1 kilometer, reach Avenida Costanera and turn left. You can enjoy a pleasant ride along the coast for approximately 1 kilometer until you see the signs for Yacaré Park. The park has bike racks near the entrance.
