    If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Puerto Montt. Take Route 5 south towards Puerto Varas. Continue on Route 5 for approximately 80 kilometers until you reach the town of Ensenada. Here, you will turn onto Route 225 towards Ralco, following signs for Hornopirén. After about 50 kilometers, you will reach the town of Hornopirén. Once in Hornopirén, follow Av. Bernardo O'Higgins, where you will find the entrance to Hornopirén National Park.

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Puerto Montt to Hornopirén. Buses depart regularly from the Terminal de Buses in Puerto Montt. The journey takes approximately 3-4 hours, and tickets typically cost around CLP 10,000 to CLP 15,000. Once you arrive in Hornopirén, you can walk to the entrance of Hornopirén National Park via Av. Bernardo O'Higgins.
