Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the city of Valdivia, the capital of the Los Ríos Region. Take Route 5 (Carretera Panamericana) heading north for about 60 km until you reach the town of Gorbea. From Gorbea, take the exit for Camino a Donguil, which is well marked. Follow this road for approximately 15 km; you will need to cross a small bridge over the Río Donguil. Continue on this road until you see signs for El Salto Donguil Gorbea. There is a small parking area available near the site.

For those without a car, you can take a bus from Valdivia to Gorbea. Buses leave regularly from the Valdivia bus terminal and the journey takes about 1.5 hours.
