From the center of Santiago, take Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins (also known as La Alameda) heading east. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Avenida Los Libertadores (Ruta 57). Merge onto Ruta 57 and follow the signs for Lo Barnechea. Once you reach Lo Barnechea, continue straight onto Camino El Cajón. The Santuario de la Naturaleza El Arrayán will be located at Camino El Cajón 21000. Look for parking areas nearby. Note that there may be an entrance fee, so be prepared with cash or a card.

From the center of Santiago, head to the Los Domínicos Metro Station (Line 1, the Red Line).
