If you are driving from the city of Rancagua, take Route 5 South (Panamericana) towards San Fernando. After approximately 45 km, take the exit towards Route 90 towards Mostazal. After about 12 km, turn left onto Calle Casas de Peuco. Follow this road until you reach Picarquín, which will be on your right. The total driving time is approximately 1 hour.

From Rancagua, you can take a bus to Mostazal. Buses frequently depart from the Rancagua bus terminal to Mostazal. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes.
