We came to Puerto Natales to participate in the Patagonian International Marathon with little hope of managing to take any tour. We were recommended to contact Turismo Kren with Daniela, who effectively, almost at the last minute, made the reservation to the Perito Moreno Glacier possible. She explained all the logistics to us in detail in a pleasant and very professional manner. The drivers were very polite and responsible. Arriving in the city of El Calafate, they provided us with the company and accompaniment of Catalina, our tour guide who was very nice. The trip was calm, quiet. We felt very safe. Many 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

My driver was waiting for me on arrivals holding a siign with my name on it, so it was easy to find him. The car was clean and a newer model. My driver was very friendly. Even though he spoke little English, and I spoke little Spanish we were able to communicate.

Wonderful day trip!

My daughter went with her dad on this Puma sighting experience. They had a great time. The guide, Juan, was punctual on pickup time. He went above and beyond as he return to our location to return that my family forgot in his car. Most important: they have the opportunity to see a puma with a her cub playing in the park. Great experience!
