From the Rancagua city center, head to the Rancagua bus terminal (Terminal de Buses Rancagua). Look for buses heading to Isla de Maipo. The bus ride takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Isla de Maipo, disembark at the main square (Plaza de Isla de Maipo). From there, walk along Avenida Ejercito Libertador towards the south until you reach Álvarez 441. The Maipo Wine Tours location will be on your right.
