Bus
From the Rancagua city center, head to the Rancagua bus terminal (Terminal de Buses Rancagua). Look for buses heading to Isla de Maipo. The bus ride takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Isla de Maipo, disembark at the main square (Plaza de Isla de Maipo). From there, walk along Avenida Ejercito Libertador towards the south until you reach Álvarez 441. The Maipo Wine Tours location will be on your right.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from local rental shops in Rancagua. Start from the city center and head southeast along the bike-friendly routes toward Isla de Maipo. Follow the signs directing you to Isla de Maipo. Once you reach the town, navigate to Álvarez 441, which is along the main road. The ride should take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your pace.

For an adventurous option, you can walk to Isla de Maipo from Rancagua. Start from the Plaza de Los Héroes in Rancagua and head southeast, following the signs towards Isla de Maipo. This journey is quite long, approximately 15 kilometers, and will take around 3 to 4 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated. Once you reach Isla de Maipo, navigate to Álvarez 441.
