Bus
From Rancagua, head to the Terminal de Buses Rancagua located at Avenida O'Higgins 1310. Purchase a bus ticket to San Francisco de Mostazal. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in San Francisco de Mostazal, exit the bus terminal and locate a taxi or a local bus that can take you to 'Casas de Peuco s/n'. The final destination, Picarquín, is a short ride from the town center.
Shared Taxi (Colectivo)
At the Terminal de Buses Rancagua, you can also find colectivos (shared taxis). Look for one that is going to San Francisco de Mostazal. This option is generally faster and may cost a little more than the bus. Once you arrive in San Francisco de Mostazal, ask the driver to drop you off at 'Casas de Peuco s/n', which is where Picarquín is located.
Walking from San Francisco de Mostazal
If you prefer to walk after arriving in San Francisco de Mostazal, head towards the main street, Avenida San Francisco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Casas de Peuco. Picarquín is located at the end of this road. It is approximately a 30-minute walk, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water.
