After parking, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km to reach the island itself.

From Ushuaia, you can take a local bus (Bus #7) to the end of the line at the 'Bahía Ensenada' stop, which is the closest access point to Isla Martillo. The bus ride takes about 45 minutes. From the bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 2 km to reach the island. Make sure to check the bus schedule beforehand as service can be infrequent, especially during off-peak seasons. A one-way bus fare is approximately 1500 Argentine Pesos.
