Public Bus
From the center of Valdivia, head to the main bus terminal located at Avenida Colón 1184. Look for the buses that head towards 'Costanera' or 'Niebla'. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to 'Gral Lagos 801'. From there, walk towards the riverfront and you should see Torreon de los Canelos, a historical landmark with a prominent tower.

If you're near the Plaza de la República, start walking down Avenida General Lagos. Continue straight for about 15 minutes. You should pass by several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the large tower structure, which is Torreon de los Canelos. It's located at Gral Lagos 801, right by the river.
