If you are driving from the center of Valparaíso, head south on Avenida Brasil. Continue straight until you reach Avenida Pedro Montt. Turn right onto Avenida Pedro Montt and follow it as it curves into Avenida Costanera. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Calle George Washington. Villa Victoria will be on your left at number 33. There is usually street parking available, but be prepared to pay for parking in some areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Villa Victoria using public transportation, you can take a micro (local bus) from the Plaza Sotomayor. Look for buses that head towards 'Las Torpederas' or 'Avenida Brasil'. The fare is approximately 500 CLP. Get off at the stop near Avenida Costanera and walk south on Calle George Washington. Villa Victoria will be at number 33. Alternatively, you can use the Valparaíso Metro system to reach the Puerto station, then take a short walk towards George Washington.
