Ascensor Concepcion is located at 932 Esmeralda, which will be on your right. Parking in the area can be challenging, so look for nearby parking lots or street parking. Be mindful of local parking regulations.

From Santiago, you can take a long-distance bus to Valparaíso. Companies like Turbus or Pullman Bus operate frequent services to Valparaíso. Upon arriving at the Valparaíso bus terminal, exit the terminal and look for local buses or take a taxi to Plaza Victoria. From Plaza Victoria, walk to Calle Esmeralda and head towards 932 Esmeralda. The Ascensor Concepcion will be on your right. The bus fare from Santiago to Valparaíso typically costs between CLP 8,000 to CLP 12,000.
