    If you're starting from Plaza Sotomayor, head north towards Avenida Pedro Montt. Walk along Avenida Pedro Montt until you reach Calle Condell, then turn left onto Calle Condell. Continue straight until you reach Paseo Dimalow, where you'll turn right. Ascensor Reina Victoria will be on your left at the end of Paseo Dimalow.
