If you are starting from Plaza Sotomayor, head towards the waterfront and follow the Av. Errazuriz until you reach the intersection with P.º Dimalow. Turn right onto P.º Dimalow. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Ascensor Reina Victoria on your left.
