Walking
If you are starting from Plaza Sotomayor, head towards the waterfront and follow the Av. Errazuriz until you reach the intersection with P.º Dimalow. Turn right onto P.º Dimalow. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Ascensor Reina Victoria on your left.
Public Transport
From the terminal at Plaza Sotomayor, take any of the local buses heading towards Cerro Alegre. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to P.º Dimalow. Once you get off the bus, walk uphill for about 5-10 minutes along P.º Dimalow, and you will find the Ascensor Reina Victoria ahead on your left.
Taxi or Rideshare
You can hail a taxi or use a rideshare app. Simply provide the driver with the address 'P.º Dimalow, Cerro Alegre'. The ride will take around 5-10 minutes from the city center, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Ascensor Reina Victoria, which is located on P.º Dimalow.
Funicular
If you are near the Playa Ancha area, you can take the Ascensor Artillería funicular. Ride it to the top and then walk downhill towards P.º Dimalow. It's about a 15-minute walk from the top of the funicular to the Ascensor Reina Victoria.
