Car
From Valparaiso, take Route 68 north towards Santiago. After about 30 km, take the exit towards Quintero/La Ligua. Merge onto Ruta 5 and continue for approximately 15 km. Take the exit toward Quintero and follow the signs to the town. Once in Quintero, navigate to the coastline, and follow Avenida La Playa, which will lead you directly to Humedal de Mantagua. Parking is available near the wetland area.

Public Transportation
Take a bus from Valparaiso to Quintero. Head to the Terminal de Buses in Valparaiso and look for buses heading to Quintero, which operate frequently. The ticket costs around 3,000 CLP (Chilean Pesos). Once you arrive at the Quintero bus terminal, you can either walk (about 25 minutes) to Humedal de Mantagua or take a local taxi for approximately 5,000 CLP. To walk, head east on Calle 21 de Mayo, then turn left onto Avenida La Playa, which will take you to the wetland.
