Once you arrive, walk towards Av. Borgoño, and you will see the observation deck directly ahead.

From the Valparaíso Metro station 'Plaza de la Victoria', take the Metro to the station 'Viña del Mar'. After exiting the Metro, head to the nearby bus stop and take bus number 'B-10' or 'B-11' towards Concón. Request to get off at 'Mirador Playa Cochoa'.
