    Getting There

    Public Transport - Bus

    From the city center (Plaza Sotomayor), head to the nearby bus stop. Look for a bus heading towards 'Cerro Monjas' or 'Cerro Alegre'. The fare is approximately 500 CLP. The bus will take you up the hill. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop labeled 'Cerro Monjas'. From there, follow the signs pointing towards the viewpoint. It's a short walk up the path to reach the top.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk, start at Plaza Sotomayor. Head east on Avenida Pedro Montt until you reach the junction with Calle Blanco. Turn right on Calle Blanco and continue walking uphill. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the base of Cerro Monjas. Follow the signs that lead you up to the viewpoint. The walk is steep but offers beautiful views of the city.

    Funicular

    From Plaza Sotomayor, walk to the nearby Ascensor Concepción funicular (located on Calle Concepción). Take the funicular up the hill, which costs around 300 CLP. Once you reach the top, exit and walk towards the viewpoint. It's a short 5-minute walk, and you will be rewarded with stunning views of Valparaíso.
