From Plaza Sotomayor, take a local bus to the Plaza Sotomayor stop. Walk towards Calle Almirante Montt and follow the walking directions. Buses cost around 500 CLP per ride.

Take the Ascensor Concepción funicular from Calle Concepción. At the top, walk towards P.º Atkinson by heading down the hill and turning left onto Paseo Atkinson. The viewpoint is a short walk from there. The funicular costs around 400 CLP for a one-way ticket.
