Walking
If you are in the center of Valparaíso, head towards Plaza Victoria. From Plaza Victoria, walk along Calle Prat until you reach the intersection with Avenida Brasil. Turn left onto Avenida Brasil and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ricardo de Ferrari. Turn right onto Ricardo de Ferrari, and you will find Plaza de Los Poetas on your left. The whole walk should take about 20 minutes.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Plaza Victoria, take any local bus that heads towards the residential areas of Cerro Alegre or Cerro Concepción. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop nearest to Ricardo de Ferrari. Once you get off, walk along Ricardo de Ferrari towards the Plaza de Los Poetas, which should be a short 5-minute walk.

Funicular
If you are near the Ascensor Artillería, take the funicular up to the top of the hill. Once at the top, walk down on Avenida Alemania and then turn left on Ricardo de Ferrari. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de Los Poetas, which will be on your right. This route offers great views of the city.
