Walking
If you are in the central area of Plan, head towards Avenida Pedro Montt. Walk along this avenue until you reach the Plaza Victoria. From the Plaza, take the Calle Condell, which is directly across from the Plaza. Continue walking straight on Calle Condell for about 10 minutes. You will see Palacio Lyon located at Condell 1525 on your right.
Public Transport (Bus)
From any point in Plan, find the nearest bus stop serving local routes. You can take any bus heading towards Plaza Victoria, which is a central hub. Once you reach Plaza Victoria, disembark and follow the directions for walking. The walk from Plaza Victoria to Palacio Lyon will take approximately 10 minutes, heading along Calle Condell.
Funicular
If you are near the Ascensor Concepción, you can take this funicular to reach the higher parts of Valparaíso. Once you reach the top, walk down to Avenida Pedro Montt, and then continue to Plaza Victoria as described above. After that, follow Calle Condell to Palacio Lyon. Please note that the funicular ride costs around 300 CLP.
