If you are starting from the main bus terminal (Terminal de Buses de Viña del Mar), exit the terminal and head south on Avenida Valparaíso. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout at Plaza de la Victoria. From there, take the second exit onto Avenida Libertad. Walk for another 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida San Martín. Turn left onto Avenida San Martín and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will pass by the beach on your left. Once you see the iconic Hotel O'Higgins on your right, continue walking until you reach the entrance to Parque Quinta Vergara. The Flower Clock is located just inside the park on your right.
