Getting There

• Bus

  From Viña del Mar, head to the Plaza de Viña and locate the bus terminal. Look for buses heading towards Puchuncaví or Las Ventanas. The bus fare is usually very affordable (around 2,500 CLP). The ride will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to Playa Las Ventanas so they can drop you at the nearest stop. Once you arrive at the stop, walk towards the beach, which should be clearly visible.

• Collective Taxi (Colectivo)

  Find a colectivo stand in the center of Viña del Mar. Colectivos are shared taxis that operate on set routes and are a quick way to travel. Look for one that displays 'Puchuncaví' or 'Las Ventanas'. They can be slightly more expensive than buses but are faster, taking about 25 to 30 minutes. Once you reach the Puchuncaví area, ask the driver to drop you off at Playa Las Ventanas, or simply follow the signs towards the beach.

• Walking (from nearby accommodation)

  If you are staying at a nearby location, such as in Puchuncaví, you can walk to Playa Las Ventanas. Make sure to have a map or a GPS-enabled device. Head towards the coastal road and follow the signs to the beach. The walk may take around 20 to 30 minutes depending on your starting point, and you will be treated to beautiful views along the way.
