Getting There

    From Settlement, drive south along North South Baseline Road for approximately 30 minutes. Turn onto Greta Beach Road and follow it to the parking area. A 4WD vehicle is recommended due to the road conditions. From the parking area, it's a short 300-meter walk to the top of the cliff, followed by a descent down a steep staircase to reach the beach. Car rentals are available at the Christmas Island Airport (XCH). Expect to pay around AUD 50-80 per day for a standard car rental.
