Starting from the Drumsite Visitor Centre, head southwest on Gaze Road for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road. Turn right onto the main road (Poon Saan Road) and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass a few shops and local landmarks along the way. After 1 kilometer, you will see The Golden Bosun on your left. It is located on the same side as the main road, and it has a sign visible from the street.

If you are near the Drumsite Jetty, begin your walk by heading north on the path leading away from the jetty. Continue straight until you reach the main road (Poon Saan Road). Once you reach Poon Saan Road, turn left and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. The Golden Bosun will be on your right side, just before the next intersection.
