Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from Greta Point, start by heading south on the main road, known as the Central Avenue. Continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the junction at the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the North Point Road, which will lead you towards the coast. Follow North Point Road for another 3 kilometers. Eventually, the road will curve to the left, leading you directly to Dolly Beach. There is no parking fee at the beach, but ensure you park safely and respect any local driving regulations.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, check the local bus schedule, as services may vary. Board a bus heading towards the northern beaches. The bus will take you along the main routes, stopping at designated points. Disembark at the stop closest to the northern beaches. From there, you may have to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach Dolly Beach. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain may be uneven. Also, check for any bus fares applicable; these are generally affordable but can vary based on distance.

• Walking

  If you find yourself near the coast and wish to walk to Dolly Beach, you can do so by taking the coastal path. Start at the nearest beach access point and follow the trail that leads northward. The walk is approximately 2 kilometers and offers scenic views of the coastline. Ensure you have water and sun protection, as the walk can be exposed to the sun.
