If you have a rental car or are using a private vehicle, start your journey from Leticia, the nearest major city. Head southwest on Avenida de la Paz towards the Amazon River. After about 5 km, take the road leading to Rio Amazonas, which will take you directly towards Calanoa. Continue driving for about 60 km along the Rio Amazonas road. Look for signs indicating Calanoa or the coordinates (latitude: -3.8271126, longitude: -70.24806199999999). The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on road conditions.
