If you are driving to Casa Gregorio, start by heading towards San Martin de Amacayacu. Use a GPS navigation system and input the address: Calle 1-1, San Martin de Amacayacu, Amazonas. The lodge is located approximately 30 km from the nearest major town, Leticia, which will take around 40 minutes by car. Upon arrival in San Martin de Amacayacu, follow the local signs to the lodge. There is limited parking available at the lodge.

To reach Casa Gregorio via public transportation, first head to Leticia. From Leticia, take a shared van (also known as 'colectivo') that travels to San Martin de Amacayacu. The fare is typically around 10,000 COP (Colombian Pesos) per person. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in San Martin de Amacayacu, you can either walk to Casa Gregorio (approximately a 10-minute walk) or arrange for a local taxi (usually around 5,000 COP) to take you directly to the lodge at Calle 1-1.
