Getting There

  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Leticia, Amazon. Head southeast on Avenida de la Paz towards Carrera 4. Continue on Avenida de la Paz which will turn into Calle 10. After about 2 km, take a left onto Carrera 1, following the signs to Tabatinga. Cross the border into Brazil and continue on the highway. After approximately 15 km, take the exit towards the Amazon River and follow the signs to Cloud9 Hostel. Parking is available nearby.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Cloud9 Hostel using public transportation, start at the Leticia bus terminal. Take a local bus heading to Tabatinga. The fare is usually around 2,000 COP (Colombian Pesos). Once you arrive in Tabatinga, take a motorcycle taxi (mototaxi) to the Amazon River docks. The fare for the mototaxi is about 5,000 COP. From the docks, you can catch a boat that will take you to the hostel. The boat ride will cost approximately 15,000 COP and takes about 30 minutes. Ensure you confirm the boat schedule as they can vary.
