From the main square (Plaza de Bolivar) in Armenia, head southeast towards Calle 14. Continue straight on Calle 14 for about 5 blocks until you reach Carrera 14. Turn right on Carrera 14 and walk for 2 blocks. The Cathedral Inmaculada Concepción will be on your left at the intersection with Calle 16.
