From the central bus terminal in Armenia, take a bus heading towards Montenegro. Buses to Montenegro leave frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Montenegro, ask the driver to drop you off at the main square.

Upon exiting the bus in Montenegro, walk towards the main square (Plaza de Montenegro). From the square, head northwest on Calle 1 until you reach the intersection with Carrera 5. Turn left on Carrera 5, and continue walking until you see signs for Finca El Agrado. The finca is approximately 2 kilometers from the main square, and it should take about 25-30 minutes to walk there.
