From Armenia, take a bus heading to Quimbaya. These buses depart frequently from the Armenia bus terminal, approximately every 20 minutes, and cost around 4,500 COP. Ask the driver to let you off at the entrance to Parque Los Arrieros, in the Santana sector, between Montenegro and Quimbaya. From there, walk along the unpaved road for about 900 meters to reach the park entrance.
