If you're starting from the central plaza of Armenia (Plaza de Bolívar), head southwest on Calle 14 towards Carrera 18. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Carrera 18. Turn left onto Carrera 18. Keep walking for another 300 meters. Malecón de la Secreta will be on your right at Cra. 18 #551. Look for signs indicating the observation deck.
