If you're starting from the center of Barranquilla, head to the nearest bus stop and look for a bus heading towards Sabanilla Montecarmelo. It should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the Edificio de Ingenierías, which is a notable building in the area. Museo Mapuka is located inside Block K of this building.
