If you are in Miramar, start by heading south on Calle 78 (Calle 78). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida del Río (Avenue of the River). This should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you reach Avenida del Río, turn left (east) and follow the avenue until you reach the intersection with Calle 77. At this intersection, turn right (south) onto Calle 77 and continue walking for about 5-10 minutes. The Zoológico de Barranquilla will be on your right at Cl. 77 #68 - 40.

From Miramar, you can catch a bus that travels along Avenida del Río. Look for buses with signs that say 'Centro' or 'Norte Centro Histórico'. Board the bus and pay the fare, which is typically around 2,000 COP. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop near the intersection of Calle 77. Once you get off, walk south on Calle 77 for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Zoológico de Barranquilla on your right at Cl. 77 #68 - 40.
