Begin your journey by taking the TransMilenio bus system. Locate the nearest TransMilenio station to you. If you are near the city center, board the 'Calle 19' station. Take the 'B70' route towards 'Niza Norte' and get off at the 'San Diego' stop. From there, transfer to the 'B' line and board a bus towards 'Portal de las Américas'.

After getting off at 'San Diego', find the 'B' line platform and board the next bus towards 'Portal de las Américas'. This ride will take you to the 'Universidad de los Andes' stop, which is close to the base of the Monserrate hill.

Once you arrive at 'Universidad de los Andes', exit the bus and walk towards the hill. You will need to walk approximately 10-15 minutes. Follow 'Carrera 1' heading north until you reach 'Calle 16'. Turn left onto 'Calle 16' and continue straight until you see the entrance to the Monserrate Teleférico (cable car station) on your right.
