When everything else is delayed except your ground transport!!!
Jefferson was excellent and incredibly accommodating, especially with our three-hour flight delay. He stayed in constant communication with us, which made us feel comfortable and reassured during our first visit to Bogotá. We truly appreciated his professionalism and reliability.
