    From the center of El Peñón, head towards the main road, Calle 5. Walk east along Calle 5 until you reach the intersection with Carrera 10. Turn left onto Carrera 10 and continue walking north. You will pass various shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards the river. After walking about 10-15 minutes, you will see a large park area with green spaces on your right. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle 1. At this point, El Gato del Río will be directly ahead in Normandia Sebastian de Belalcazar.

    From El Peñón, find the nearest bus stop along Calle 5. Take any bus heading towards the Centro (downtown) area. You can ask the bus driver to alert you when you reach the stop for 'Normandia.' The bus fare is typically around 2,000 COP. Once you get off, it’s a short 5-minute walk to El Gato del Río. Just head straight north on Carrera 10 after getting off the bus.
