Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the historic area of Getsemani, head northwest on Calle del Guerrero towards the Plaza de la Trinidad. Continue straight until you reach the Calle de la Media Luna. Turn right and walk until you reach Calle San Juan. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida San Martin. Cross the avenue and continue on Calle Larga until you reach Plaza Simon Bolivar, which will be on your left.

    From the Walled City (Ciudad Amurallada), exit through the Bocagrande gate and walk towards the Baluarte de San Francisco. As you exit, continue straight along Calle 30 until you reach Plaza de la Paz. From there, take Calle 31 towards the west, and you will find Plaza Simon Bolivar just a short walk ahead on your right.

    If you are near the Castillo San Felipe de Barajas, head down the hill towards the Calle de La Paz.
