If you are starting from the walled city, head towards Calle del Cuartel in the direction of Plaza de los Coches. Once you reach Plaza de los Coches, continue straight onto Calle 30, which will lead you to the bustling streets of El Centro. From there, turn left onto Calle 31 and proceed until you reach Calle 32. Plaza de la Aduana will be on your right, just before you hit the intersection with Calle 33.

If you are near the Getsemaní neighborhood, you can take a local bus (which are usually marked with their destination) towards El Centro. Get off at the stop near Parque de la Marina, which is a short walk from Plaza de la Aduana. From the bus stop, walk towards Calle 32 and take a right.
