If you are driving, start on the Pan-American Highway (Route 25) heading south from Cali. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit toward El Cerrito. Continue on the road until you reach the town of El Cerrito. Once in El Cerrito, follow signs toward Corregimiento Santa Elena. From the center of El Cerrito, drive about 8 kilometers to the intersection known as 'El Placer'. After this point, look for signs directing you to Museum Sugarcane, which will be located in the vereda Amaimito.
