After about 30 minutes, you will reach the intersection near the entrance to the Sierra Nevada National Park. From there, take the road that leads to Santa Marta. If you're using public transportation, you will first need to return to Santa Marta from Ciudad Perdida. Take a jeep or shared taxi that operates between Ciudad Perdida and Santa Marta, which typically costs around 20,000 to 30,000 COP depending on the operator. Once you arrive in Santa Marta, look for buses or shared taxis heading towards Minca. These usually depart from the Mercado Publico area and cost about 10,000 to 15,000 COP. Inform the driver that you want to get off near Don Dieguito, or look for signs indicating the stop. The entire trip from Ciudad Perdida to Don Dieguito may take around 2 to 3 hours, including waiting times.
