If you are driving from Pereira, take the Autopista del Café (Coffee Highway) towards Santa Rosa de Cabal. Follow the signs for 'Santa Rosa de Cabal' and continue on this road for about 30 kilometers. Once you reach Santa Rosa de Cabal, look for signs directing you to the Cascadas (Waterfalls). The last stretch to Cascade Don Lolo involves taking the road towards the town of 'La primera', keep following the road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the parking area for the waterfalls. Be prepared to pay a small entry fee, usually around 5,000 COP per person.

To reach Cascade Don Lolo by public transportation, take a bus from Pereira to Santa Rosa de Cabal. Buses leave frequently from the main terminal in Pereira and the fare is approximately 5,000 COP. Once you arrive in Santa Rosa de Cabal, you can take a local taxi or shared van (known as a 'colectivo') towards the Cascadas. The taxi ride will cost around 10,000-15,000 COP. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they go to Cascade Don Lolo, as some may only go to the main waterfalls area. The taxi or colectivo will drop you off at the entrance of Cascade Don Lolo.
