If you are starting from the center of Cúcuta, head south toward Avenida Libertadores. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 5. Turn left onto Avenida 5 and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Look for the Parque Santander, a large park on your right. Enter the park, and the Monumento Arnulfo Briceño will be located within the park area.

From the central bus terminal in Cúcuta, take any bus heading towards Parque Santander. The ride should take around 15 to 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Parque Santander, get off the bus and walk into the park. The Monumento Arnulfo Briceño is located inside the park.
