Car
From the center of Guatapé, head southeast on Calle 30 towards the main road. After approximately 1 km, turn right onto the Medellín - Guatapé road (Route 60). Continue for about 45 km until you reach the outskirts of Medellín. Follow signs for El Poblado. When you reach Villa Carlota, look for Calle 19 on your right. Turn onto Calle 19 and follow it until you see #43g. Ciudad del Río will be on your left.

Start at the Guatapé bus terminal and take a bus heading to Medellín (approximately 2 hours, cost around 10,000 COP). Ask the driver to drop you off at the El Poblado area. From the bus stop, take a taxi or walk to Calle 19. It’s about a 10-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute walk. Ciudad del Río is located at #43g, Cl. 19 #58155.
