Car
From Medellín, head west on Autopista Norte toward Calle 26. Continue on Autopista until you reach the junction for Route 60, and take the exit toward Manizales. Follow Route 60 for approximately 60 km until you reach the town of Quibdó. Here, you can stop for supplies or meals. After Quibdó, continue on Route 60 until you reach the town of Lloró. Turn left onto the road toward El Poblado, and follow the signs until you arrive at Refugio del Jaguar located at Cra. 43B #10 - 41.
Public Transportation
From Medellín, take a bus from Terminal del Norte to Quibdó. The bus ride will take approximately 8-10 hours. Once you arrive in Quibdó, you can catch a local taxi or a shared van (mototaxi) to Lloró. Upon reaching Lloró, ask for directions to El Poblado where Refugio del Jaguar is located at Cra. 43B #10 - 41. Ensure you have local currency for the transportation costs, which may vary but generally range between $10,000 to $20,000 COP (around $3-$5 USD).
