From Salento's main square, take a Willy (local jeep) towards Boquia. From Boquia, it's approximately a 4.8 km walk to Piscinas Naturales, also known as Santa Rita Natural Reserve. Follow the road towards Finca Santa Rita, about 1 km from Boquia's entrance. The path continues through mountains and forests until you reach the old railway track. Pass through a tunnel, cross a suspension bridge, and you'll arrive at the pools. Entrance to the reserve costs approximately 10,000 COP.

From Armenia or Pereira, take a bus to Salento. Once in Salento, head to the main square and take a Willy (local jeep) towards Boquia. From Boquia, it's approximately a 4.8 km walk to Piscinas Naturales, also known as Santa Rita Natural Reserve. Follow the road towards Finca Santa Rita, about 1 km from Boquia's entrance.
